Rent v0.2.0

This release produces smaller generated permission clients while preserving the fluent query and mutation APIs.

It also improves first-run setup, database selection, reproducible extension migrations, read-only migration application, and immutable relationship keys.

When upgrading, use the same release for every Rent crate and the CLI, run rent generate, and commit your application's lockfile. See installation.
