Rent v0.3.0

Let members make a small self-service change without letting them edit every field on the record. This release adds field permissions and rules for the changes a person is allowed to make.

For example, a member can deactivate their own membership without gaining the right to change its role:

update(active) = principal
update_to(active) = principal when active: false

update(active) gives the member permission to change that field. update_to(active) limits their self-service change to leaving. Role assignment can follow a separate owner or administrator rule.

The field-permissions tutorial walks through that policy with ordinary generated update builders. The enterprise tutorial combines it with organization and workspace access.

Use these declarations for authorization. Keep form validation and application invariants, such as retaining an active owner, in application commands.
