Rent v0.8.5

Rent v0.8.5 fixes generated clients for writable models that reference read-only views. These relationships retain their queries, eager loading and connections to existing rows. Generated create builders no longer reference a nonexistent create builder for the view. Views remain read-only, including when reached through a relationship.

Upgrade

Use v0.8.5 for the CLI and every Rent crate, regenerate configured clients and commit the application's lockfile and generated changes. This correction requires no schema or database storage change. Review migration diffs for other application changes before applying them.

Detailed database instrumentation remains opt-in, as in v0.8.4. Ordinary builds should leave the instrumentation feature disabled.
